Our Meditation Groups

Meditation is the new therapy

I love it when people tell me they cannot meditate, because their minds are constantly on the go. That is exactly WHY we meditate! Everyone’s mind is on that “hamster wheel,” cycling around and around and around.
Most of us identify with our busy minds. Your mind is not who you are – your mind is sort of a tape recording of everything you have ever heard, seen or thought.
Meditation is a tool to help you remember your own inner resources. At our core, we all have wisdom, peace and ease. During our busy lives, we all forget that we have these resources within us.

Meditation helps us to cope with living in this fast paced world. We practice meditation not in order to get better at meditating, we practice meditation so we get better at life.
