Deep Rest Yoga

Yoga Nidra

This practice is Deep Therapy for Body, Mind & Spirit. The entire session is spent lying down, propped up by pillows, bolsters and blankets. You won’t believe how comfortable and supported you will feel. It’s like a magnificent massage for body, mind & spirit. You will leave feeling Relaxed, Renewed and Refreshed!

The practice of Yoga Nidra is scientifically designed to release all of your tensions: muscular, emotional and mental. If you’ve never tried this unique practice, you have no idea what you are missing.

Movement Therapy

We all have habitual ways of moving our bodies. Most of us deal with some aches and pains. Try a private session to see if I can help you resolve some of your areas of unease with targeted practices.
Many injuries and areas of pain are the result of unconscious, and sometimes incorrect, patterns of movement. In a private session, we can review the habitual ways your body moves and help you make adjustments.
Let’s begin to unwind the chronic tension and patterns we all deal with. Your quality of life will improve!
